If a diamond(or any other gemstone) falls out of a piece of jewelry purchased from JewelWeSell.com during the term of the warranty, if you send the piece to us with the diamond(s) or gemstone(s) that fall out, we will set it back into the ring and ship it back to you for free (other than the cost of insured shipping/handling to/back).

Please note, we cannot replace any lost gemstones. However, if one does fall out and you cannot find it, we can let you know the lowest price we can offer for a replacement stone.

Free cleaning, polishing, and re-plating: Normal wear and tear over time can cause jewelry to lose its shine and allure. At JewelWeSell, we offer free cleaning, polishing, and re-plating for any items purchased from our website. (the only cost would be the insured shipping/handling costs)

Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage caused to the items by the purchaser or others. Unauthorized repairs or service can void the warranty.
