However, if one does fall out and you cannot find it, we can let you know the lowest price we can offer for a replacement stone. - Free cleaning, polishing, and re-plating: Normal wear and tear over time can cause jewelry to lose its shine and allure. At JewelWeSell, we offer free cleaning, polishing, and re-plating for any items purchased from our website. (the only cost would be the insured shipping/handling costs) - Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage caused to the items by the purchaser or others. However, please let us know if there is any damage that you would like repaired and we can tell you the lowest possible price it would be for us to repair it. - Unauthorized repairs or service (meaning any modifications, alterations, repairs or service by anyone other than us or a repair center authorized by us can void the warranty.
